The outlook on river cruising is positive.
Destination and itinerary remain the top
factor for a client choosing river cruises, said
83% of the advisors. Nearly eight out of 10
advisors say that clients combine pre- and
post- land vacations with their river cruise
trips. So, while the length of a river cruise
may be shortening, many clients are booking
vacations more than a week long.
A cultural experience with locals (65%), and
guided tours (66%) are also important factors
while choosing a river cruise.
