All-inclusive packages (exclud- ing air) are sold by much fewer advisors. When indulging in a group travel experience, travelers usually prefer the advisors to handle all or most of their bookings. However, there are instances where a group or some members of the group seek some flexibility. They want to use their frequent flyer miles or loyalty programs.
