An all-inclusive package (including air), insurance
and cruise are among the highest selling products
in group bookings. All-inclusive packages (exclud-
ing air) are sold by much fewer advisors. When
indulging in a group travel experience, travelers
usually prefer the advisors to handle all or most of
their bookings. However, there are instances where
a group or some members of the group seek some
flexibility. They want to use their frequent flyer
miles or loyalty programs. Such instances impact
the dynamics of the product being offered. Ground
transfers, hotels and in-destination activities are
some other popular products offered by advisors
to groups.
