TRAINING NEEDS
When it comes to selling a destination, nothing
beats a personal experience. More than eight in
10 advisors said that FAM trips are their preferred
training formats.
The last few years have seen fluctuations in the
preference for online and offline formats of training.
That seems to have settled now with advisors finding
value in the networking opportunities that in-person
conferences and tradeshows present, but also the
time saving qualities of virtual training.
