
PAST PERFORMANCE & OUTLOOK BY CLIENT SEGMENTS
Why sell only to a niche client when one can sell
to everyone? That seems to be the year’s theme.
While luxury/affluent, empty nesters, seniors,
and couples remain the top segments that
advisors will sell land tours to in the next 24
months, affinity groups and clubs have a higher
appetite among various client segments. While
less than 7 out of 10 advisors said that they have
sold to affinity/clubs in the past, 8 out of 10
advisors said they hope to do so in the future.
Business travel for conferences and incentive
travel is another client segment that is going
to be popular in the next 24 months. According
to reports, the demand for business travel is
expected to increase in 2024, with many travelers
looking to combine leisure with business travel,
or “bleisure.”

Advisors said that some of the segments they
sell to are: “women only tours,” “LGBTQ
groups,” and destination weddings and wedding
groups.
