What would advisors like to know about expedition
cruises? More than 7 out of 10 advisors said that
they would like product or destination training.
In the cruise segment, ship inspections have also
been requested as clients often want to know the
size and quality of their cabins before boarding. Any
miscommunication reflects on not just the cruise
line, but has a direct impact on the advisor-client
relationships as well.
One advisor said, “We want not just an introduction
to these, but a more advanced level of training.”
Sales training will also be of help. Another advisor
pointed out:
