not using messaging apps has dropped from
32% to only 10% in this TMR Outlook

those who said they didn’t use any messaging
apps, 56% were aged 65 and above.
Messaging apps are a valuable way
of communicating with clients in a
way convenient to them. The ease of
communication in this instant age is an
important factor while making a choice
of service providers and so, everyone will
benefit from being available on the apps.
Facebook is steadily climbing the charts, and
6 out of 10 advisors said that they use this
platform to stay in touch with their clients.
Zoom and WhatsApp are the other popular
instant messaging apps among the advisors.
