Product or destination training (71%),
ship inspections (70%), and specialization
training (47%) are the top three on this
chart. Help with social media marketing
would also be helpful, said 44%. Over
2 out of 5 advisors also said that they
would like training in sales and best prac-
tices, which might be an area of interest
to many newer and younger or more
recently independent advisors.
