While share of virtual training is still robust at
67%, there is a clear sense of saturation. One
advisor shared that they would like a template
to follow while promoting river cruising to new
clients. Even help in designing emails to potential
clients, that is simple and user friendly, would
be helpful. With advisors strapped for time,
in-person training locations need to be charted
out when planning a schedule.
FAM trips are of course the most requested
training support (87%).
