messaging apps, down from 32% in 2022.
Advisors are mirroring their leisure behavior in
their business communications. The most popular
messaging apps were Facebook (48%), Zoom (40%),
and WhatsApp (39%). The use of supplier apps
which was at 14% in 2022, has dropped to 9%.
