the top factors driving client satisfaction.
Quality of the ship plays a role in customer satisfaction,
according to 70% of advisors. Since river cruising is a niche
and luxury product, that is perhaps inevitable. Pools, spas,
open-air sun decks and balconies, along with a smaller
guest size are only some of the luxuries that guests expect
when looking for a river cruise.
