
The last few years have seen the entry of relatively
younger, new advisors. That this happened during
the pandemic also indicated the long-term appeal
of the travel industry. During this time, many senior
advisors also retired.
The steady influx of young talent also implies that
suppliers need to tailor their training programs to
meet the needs of the younger advisors, which
might be different from those of more seasoned
ones.
Since they are early in their career, this is also the
time to work on building close relationships and
collaborations that will benefit the industry at large.
