
Emails, phone calls and text messaging are
the popular modes of communication between
advisors and clients. However, suppliers seem
to be less active on text messaging. Advisors
also said that they have more in-person meet-
ings with clients.
Like social media, messaging apps too have
seen steady growth in adoption among
advisors. This could be both due to influx of
younger advisors in the industry and greater
adoption of technology by existing advisors,
to meet the client’s needs.
