the destination were the top three important factors in
decision making. Advisors play a pivotal role in helping
clients decide which cruise vacation to pick. Seven out of
10 advisors said that clients depended on them for their
recommendation. Another decision influencer is the age
of the ship, with 51% of advisors saying that clients pick
cruise vacations for new ships. Nearly 20% of the advisors
said that a cruise line’s sustainability practices affected
their client’s decision making.
