
Fam trips are back in demand with 81% of advisors
preferring this format (see Chart 25). The advisors
want to get past the fatigue and virtual experience
of the COVID era. They intend to get a firsthand
experience of the cruise product, to assuredly foster
the confidence of safe travel and convincingly sell
the product to their customers.
Advisors are looking for more concise training as
their schedules fill up. While fam trips will let them
experience the features they can then sell to clients,
this could be balanced out with online courses (70%)
and digital content.
