requested at 72%. This ties in with the request for
ship inspections (70%), as this better equips advisors
to handle client questions on the size and comfort
of the ship they plan to sail.
With the number of ICs increasing, 35% of respon-
dents felt the need for business building trainings.
The advisors are also seeking training in customer
service, as well as well-being and personal growth
education.
