
MESSAGING APPS USED BY ADVISORS
Facebook and WhatsApp are the most popular
messaging apps used by advisors. Facebook
continues to be the preferred mode of
communication for advisors, which is consistent
with their baby boomer client demographic.
The adoption for supplier apps is lower, at
14%. One-third of those surveyed said they
used none of the Internet-based messaging
platforms listed. This points to an older, tech-
averse group of advisors who need greater
training for technology adoption.
