Travel Market Report conducted an online survey

in September 2020, targeting its database of travel

advisors via email.

A total of 764 agency owners and advisors from across North

America undertook the survey. The aggregated results and analysis

presented herewith are based on the responses and insights

shared by advisors. Discrepancies or nuances in the analysis are

highlighted, wherever applicable.
