The cruise destination and experience topped
the reasons why clients chose a particular
expedition tour (see Chart 9). But what’s
telling is the reappearance of ship size at
number two – smaller ships with fewer people
onboard are high on the preference list as
concerns about health and safety overarches
everything else right now.
This entry also indicates that advisors have
utilized the temporary closure of travel time
well by keeping in touch with their clientele
to not just build their confidence but also
to understand their changing travel require-
ments.
Clients like the idea of a
smaller ship in more isolated
areas.
