METHODOLOGY

Travel Market Report conducted an online

survey in April 2020, targeting its database

of travel advisors via email.

A total of 1,584 of agency owners and advisors combined from

across North America undertook the survey. This includes 74%

participants from the U.S., and about a quarter from Canada.

The aggregated results and analysis presented herewith are based

on the responses and insights shared by advisors. Discrepancies or

nuances in the analysis are highlighted, wherever applicable.
