Advisor Specialization
Eighty-one percent (81%) of advisors surveyed
already operate in the segments that Polar Cruises
belong to – whether it is luxury travel, ocean
expeditions, or wildlife/adventure experiences. Even
sustainable travel figures in the vacations bucket
list they sell (see Chart 4). What’s interesting about
sustainable travel is that it’s more than a vacation
type for Polar Cruise companies and polar travelers
alike. It’s part of their core belief system. Protection
of wildlife and wilderness, and the safekeeping of
culture and communities, are woven into a deep
understanding and commitment of leaving no
imprint. In fact, there is a constant demand for Polar
Travel products to turn more eco-friendly, whether
it is in terms of lighting or re-imagined ship design
to ensure the lowest possible resistance, thereby
reducing the power required to propel it.
