AIC Hotel Group Names Donna Smith Director of Luxury Sales, USA & Canada

Donna Smith is the new Director of Luxury Sales, USA & Canada for AIC Hotel Group.
AIC Hotel Group continues to add depth to its sales team with the appointment of Donna Smith as the new Director of Luxury Sales, USA & Canada.
Smith will lead luxury sales strategies for some of the most opulent properties within AIC Hotel Group’s portfolio, including Nobu Hotels Los Cabos, Miami, and Chicago, as well as Unico 20°87° Hotel Riviera Maya and UNICO 20º105º Hotel Vallarta.
The announcement comes just days after AIC Hotel Group announced it was going “all in” with travel advisors with the announcement of two key positions — Carilis Di Donato as Executive Director of Leisure Sales for Canada and the U.S., and Laura Blanco as Director of Host Agency Sales.

With over two decades of experience in luxury sales, Smith brings a track record of success in driving revenue growth and market expansion.

Smith’s career includes roles at Palmaïa – The House of AïA, the Aruba Tourism Authority, and Island Destinations. She has cultivated strong relationships with top-tier travel consortia such as Virtuoso, Signature, American Express FHR, Preferred Hotels and Resorts, and Travel Leaders.
In her new role, Smith will leverage her expertise in relationship building and luxury market positioning to expand AIC Hotel Group’s luxury sales portfolio in North America. She will lead a team of experienced Sales Executives and work to further strengthen the company’s presence in the luxury travel segment.
