Nobu Hospitality has announced plans for a new hotel, restaurant, and residences in Manchester, England.
The hotel company has partnered with developer Salboy on the project, currently named Viadux 2, and transform it into Nobu Hotel Manchester, the U.K.’s tallest building outside London.
“Manchester is home to world-class developments, a thriving culinary scene, and a growing demand for high-end lifestyle experiences,” said Trevor Horwell, CEO of Nobu Hospitality. “None of our locations are cookie cutter; we wholeheartedly embrace the spirit of each destination. We are delighted to be working with Salboy to blend the Nobu experience with the essence of Manchester.”
Nobu Hotel Manchester will house 160 hotel rooms, event spaces, and the signature Nobu restaurant and bar in a 76-story tower. The building will also feature 452 luxury branded residences.
