Fort Lauderdale Introduces Specialist Agent Sales Course

The Greater Fort Lauderdale Convention and Visitors Bureau has teamed with the Travel Agent Academy to offer a new course for travel agents on selling Fort Lauderdale. The online program, which covers cruising, beach vacations, and culture in Fort Lauderdale, offers agents resources including passes to area attractions, a video and brochure library, a cruise guide, map, and visitors guide to the South Florida city. Agents who complete the course will receive a certificate of graduation as a Greater Fort Lauderdale Specialist, two CEU credits from The Travel Institute and four credits from the Association of Canadian Travel Agencies (ACTA).
