MSC Cruises is expanding two themed events to more of its U.S. fleet, effective immediately.
Among the new events is the company’s Family Deck party, which is already popular on U.S.-based MSC Seashore. Rolling out to MSC Divina’s seven-night sailings from Port Canaveral this month, the event features classic fair and carnival games, a jumping castle, gladiator and Zorbo-Sumo matches, balloon animals, face painting, prizes and more. Accompanying all the fun is a selection of finger foods and desserts. The Family Deck Party will also be rolled out on MSC Meraviglia when it arrives in the U.S. in October.
Taking advantage of its global passenger base, the line is also introducing the International Meet cocktail and dinner on MSC Divina. The casual dinnertime event gives passengers the chance to meet travelers from the more than 180 nationalities commonly represented onboard, over drinks and a selection of items from the cruise line’s onboard menus.
Other themed events already onboard MSC ships in the U.S. include:
- Veteran’s Get Together
- LGBTQIAP+ Get Together
- Solo Travelers Cocktail Party
- Family Cup Cake Decoration (available only on MSC Seashore)
- Romantic Couples Under the Stars (only on MSC Seashore)
