Malware Found in 250 Hyatt Hotels

January 15, 2016

Hyatt said today it found malicious software in about 250 of its hotels, about 100 of which are in the United States.

The company announced the breach in December, but didn’t say which hotels were affected. Hyatt Hotels Corp. said several of its brand were hacked, including the Park Hyatt, Hyatt Regency, and Andaz.

The malware was found at restaurants, spas, front desks, and other hotel areas between July and December of last year,  exposing guests’ personal and credit-card information.

For a full list of which hotels were hit, go here.
