Hyatt Buys Royal Palms Resort
A wholly owned subsidiary of Hyatt Hotels Corp. has agreed to purchase the landmark Royal Palms Resort and Spa in Phoenix, AZ, for an undisclosed amount.
The luxury resort will operate as part of The Unbound Collection by Hyatt, a curated group of independant, luxury hotels.
The 119-room hotel, opened in 1929, is known for its lush gardens, four-star spa and nationally renowned Mediterranean restaurant.
