American Airlines to Fly to New Zealand
American Airlines will begin flying from Los Angeles to Auckland nonstop in June 2016. The new route will be the sixth new trans-Pacific flight that American has added in the last three years. The route will fly from Los Angeles at 10:45 p.m. and from Auckland at 1:20 p.m. on a Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner.
American added the new route as part of its expanded partnership with Qantas Airways.
