This week at the World Travel Market (WTM) show in London, U.K., a new sports ticketing platform launched that will allow travel advisors to book tickets for their clients, and earn commission.
The platform, called MyTicketPro, is the brainchild of travel industry veteran Jonathan Zuk, who served as the president of Amadeo Travel Solutions and Empire Vacations, and Luisa Mendoza, who has worked in sales & marketing executive at the GFLBCC, Marriott International, and more.
MyTicketPro says that it is filling a need for travel advisors who want access to “verified tickets at competitive prices.” Most of all, it says it is built on a platform of software connections that are already trusted by the travel trade, giving them a familiar way to book tickets for NHL, MLB, NFL, MLS, and more.
“Thanks to this foundation, MyTicketPro’s proprietary software connections are already trusted by and familiar to the travel trade, who can quickly and comfortably start selling,” Zuk said in this week’s announcement.
It also pays commission for advisors—a spokesperson for MyTicketPro told TMR that all tickets booked via MyTicketPro are commissionable.
