Wyndham Hotels & Resorts today announced plans to bring its first Wyndham Grand to Mexico with Wyndham Grand Cancun All-Inclusive Resort & Villas, scheduled to open on Nov. 1.

The resort sits on the oceanfront in Cancun’s Hotel Zone, offering 364 guest rooms, including suites and villas, along with seven restaurants, five bars, four pools, a spa, gym, and more.

For lodging, room options include the 45 sq. meter Deluxe Room, which includes a balcony with either lagoon or garden views, and the 45 sq. meter Premier Room. For food and drink, the seven restaurants range from Italian and Brazilian to Japanese and traditional Mexican.

Bookings are now open and the resort will be included in the Wyndham Rewards loyalty program starting in November.

“Wyndham Grand resorts offer everyday travelers experiences in some of the world’s most sought-after destinations, which now includes Cancun,” said Scott LePage, President, Americas at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts.

“Travelers can expect an upscale experience in the heart of the destination and immerse themselves in the Mexican culture through the resort’s wide range of dining experiences and activities.”

Wyndham already has 65 different Wyndham Grands in 17 countries, including locations in Clearwater Beach, Fla.; Longmu Bay, China; Istanbul, Turkey; Phuket, Thailand; and more. The hotel company calls the Grand brand one that caters to “modern travelers seeking premium services.”
