Celestyal Launches First Online Training Program

by Dori Saltzman  December 21, 2022
Celestyal Launches First Online Training Program

Celestyal has launched its first-ever online training program, Celestyal Stars. The one-stop educational and support portal features tools to help travel advisors make a Celestyal cruise booking, along with tips on how to earn additional commissions on pre-cruise bookable items and upgrades.

“We are delighted to offer our advisors this new, dedicated training tool, which will provide them with in-depth information about our product along with guidance on how to attract the right customer, communicate our key USP’s and close the sale,” said Jonathan Grutzner, vice president, business development, North America. “The advisor community is incredibly important to us, and this investment in advisor education further reinforces our commitment to this community of valued partners. I’d encourage advisors to sign up soon, complete the training course and become a Celestyal Star.”

Celestyal Stars features nine easy-to-follow immersive modules:

Online Training: This model helps advisors learn everything they need to know to plan memorable Celestyal experiences for their clients. This includes details on Celestyal’s ships, itineraries, shore excursions, and other bookable add-ons and upgrades.

Groups: This module includes dedicated information and tools to sell Celestyal to the group cruise market.

Competitions & Incentives: Advisors can find information on current booking incentives and promotions here.

Advisor Toolbox: Advisors will find a variety of brochures, excursion descriptions, deck plans and an in-depth explanation of Celestyal’s fare types.

Industry Offers: This is the spot to go to find special advisor rates for advisors looking to experience Celestyal for themselves.

Current Campaigns & Offers: Advisors can find all the latest consumer promotions, including the just-launched “Wave Season” campaign (valid until February 28, 2023).

Other modules provide an up-to-date list of the latest webinars, news on special events, a travel schedule for Celestyal’s North American business development team, along with the team’s contact details.

Advisors who complete the Celestyal Stars program will be first in line for fam trips and other exclusive opportunities, which will be announced in the coming year. In the meantime, the first 100 advisors to successfully complete the training program will receive a copy of Diane Kochilas’ “My Greek Table” cookbook. Kochilas is the host and creator of “My Greek Table,” a cooking and travel show that airs on PBS, which Celestyal sponsors.

Advisors can register at celestyalstars.com.
