Carnival Names Next Vista Class Ship
by Daniel McCarthyCarnival Cruise Line’s second Vista-class ship currently under construction in Italy will be named Horizon.
The ship is scheduled to enter service in March 2018. Like its sister ship, Carnival Vista, Horizon will feature a SkyRide, an IMAX theater, a WaterWorks aqua park, and an Alchemy Bar. It will hold 3,934 passengers at double capacity.
No details on Horizon’s home ports or itineraries have yet been announced.
