ALG Vacations Extends Kindness Contributions Advisor Initiative for Giving Tuesday

In honor of Giving Tuesday, ALG Vacations has extended its Kindness Contributions initiative and will now be giving away eight $500 grants to travel advisors.

ALG Vacations announced the program last month on World Kindness Day. The initiative aims to support travel advisors to bring positive change to their communities through grants, which can be used to fund giveback initiatives.

Originally pledging to award $500 awards to five travel advisors, ALG Vacations has extended the program: Three more grants are available, bringing the total to eight. 

Advisors may submit their ideas via the Kindness Contributions application page. The deadline is Sunday, Dec. 15, 2024, and the selected projects will be revealed Jan. 6, 2024. 

ALGV may also provide in-person support for the selected projects, if team members’ schedules allow.

“Through the Kindness Contributions, ALG Vacations is not only investing in our advisors but also celebrating the power of travel and community to spread kindness,” Marks added. “Our goal is to make a difference not just in the destinations we serve but also within the communities of our advisors.”
