Universal’s Aventura Hotel Unveils Bar 17 Bistro Menu

Universal Orlando revealed more details for its new rooftop bar and grill, Bar 17 Bistro, located on the 17th floor of the Aventura Hotel, opening next month. Boasting floor-to-ceiling glass windows, the restaurant will offer small plates and craft cocktails as guests overlook the theme park.
Bartenders will serve drinks like the Firebird, made with tequila, jalapeno, strawberry and cilantro; the Devil’s Umbrella, a concoction of Mezcal, coconut, ginger; and Rosé “Almost Sangria” with Vermouth, peach and thyme. Freshly-made frozen drinks and Pineapple Turmeric Lemonade “mocktails” will also be available.
On the menu, there will be an entire section dedicated to bao buns, a dim sum staple, with fillings ranging from braised pork belly to lamb satay to tempura baby vegetables.

There will also be a selection of salads that showcase Florida-grown produce. For something a little more decadent, Wagyu Beef Sliders will be served on a locally-made brioche bun with horseradish mayo, gruyere cheese, roasted pepper chutney and watercress.
