The Railbookers Group is revamping its U.S. trade team with several new moves.
The first is the promotion of longtime team member Jarret Kettinger, who will now serve in the newly created position of director of key and host accounts. Kettinger, who is based in Charleston, South Carolina, has been with Railbookers for over a decade and most recently served as key account manager.
Kettinger will now oversee Railbookers’ largest key and host accounts and help train and coach new members of the trade team.
At the same time, Railbookers is adding two new key account managers—Robin Koval and Jeff Woods.
Woods, who is based in Dallas, has more than 30 years of experience in travel, including his most recent role with Grand Canyon Railway. Koval also has years of experience in travel, including six years with Collette.
Finally, Railbookers is expanding its business development team, adding business development executive Sakeysha Williams, who is based in Charlotte, along with Christen Sellier, who is based in Greenville, South Carolina, and Erin Schwertfeger, who is based in Casa Grande, Arizona. Both Sellier and Schwertfeger serve in the newly created role of business development representative.
“Business is booming for Railbookers and Amtrak Vacations, and we have made these exciting additions and changes to ensure continued success and growth for our company and our valuable trade partners,” said Jim Marini, senior vice president of global partnerships.
“As we continually evaluate how to best serve, educate and assist our esteemed travel advisors and consortiums, this new team structure will make a big difference in leading all toward Railbookers and Amtrak Vacations as the ideal one-stop shop for FIT vacations featuring rail, hotels, sightseeing, transfers and more.”
