Kempinski Hotels Joins ASTA
by Jessica MontevagoKempinski Hotels announced its recent membership of the American Society of Travel Agents (ASTA), as it “recognizes the alignment with the philosophy and the leadership of ASTA and is encouraged by the support, education and advocacy that the Society offers its members.”
Theo Ocks, Vice President Global Sales Kempinski Hotels, emphasized the importance of the brand’s relationship with travel advisors, saying “In order to translate the value of that experience we rely for a large part on the luxury travel professional community and are delighted to fortify this relationship even more by joining ASTA.”
Kempinski Hotels provides U.S. agencies 10 percent commission on room and group bookings, and global sales support.
