Corporate Traveler USA Appoints RGMs in East, Central, and West Regions

by Briana Bonfiglio  October 25, 2023
Corporate Traveler USA Appoints RGMs in East, Central, and West Regions

Corporate Traveler USA has appointed its first-ever regional general managers for its east, central, and west regions.

The three newly created roles will report to John Van den Heuvel, who recently became president of Corporate Traveler USA, which is the flagship SME division of Flight Centre Travel Group. Richard Jacobi was appointed RGM for the East region, Clinton Voyce for Central, and Miling Harpur for West.

“As we continue to expand our footprint across the country, I am thrilled for the opportunity to appoint three exceptional leaders into these new, regionally focused roles,” Van den Heuvel said. “Richard, Clinton and Miling are highly effective, relationship-driven leaders with a deep understanding of the business travel landscape. They each bring a strategic mindset and approach to the business that will help drive Corporate Traveler forward as we look to tap into new markets and further broaden our reach across the three regions.”

Jacobi joined Corporate Traveler USA in 2013 and most recently led all operations in the Boston area. He’ll continue to work from Boston and play a leading role in growing the company’s East Coast business.

Voyce brings two decades of travel industry experience and has worked for several Flight Centre Travel Group brands on the corporate and leisure side, including leadership roles in U.K. and New Zealand. He’s been based in Chicago since 2017, most recently as an area leader overseeing Central region operations.

Harpur has spent 10 years working for Corporate Traveler USA out of Australia, most recently as the general manager of sales and commercial. She’ll now be based out of southern California and serve in a dual role as RGM and director of sales for the west region. She’s won several awards, including Salesperson of the Year at the 2017 Women in Travel Awards.

Jacobi and Voyce will begin immediately, while Harpur is set to start in January 2024.
