Hilton has signed on a new Waldorf Astoria property in Turks and Caicos as the luxury brand continues to expand in the Caribbean.
Waldorf Astoria Turks and Caicos Dellis Cay will feature 62 guest rooms and suites, as well as some branded residences. Expected to open in 2028, the hotel is part of Hilton’s plan to nearly double the company’s footprint in the region, adding 35 hotels it its existing 45.
“Our dedication to providing bespoke experiences will come to fruition in a one-of-a-kind retreat that harmonizes natural beauty and tranquility with refined sophistication,” said Pablo Maturana, vice president of development, Caribbean and Latin America, at Hilton. “The luxury segment is a strategic priority for Hilton and this development is an important step in meeting the growing demand of sophisticated travelers.”
Guests will arrive at Waldorf Astoria Turks and Caicos Dellis Cay by a calm, scenic 25-minute boat ride from Providenciales. The villa-style accommodations will include 42 rooms, 10 suites, and 10 beachfront bungalows with private terraces and plunge pools. There will also be 65 residential units. For food and beverage, the resort will offer an all-day dining restaurant, a specialty restaurant, a beach and pool bar and grill, and the brand signature Peacock Alley.
Waldorf Astoria Turks and Caicos Dellis Cay will also feature a 13,455-square-foot spa, a 1,600-square-foot fitness center, high-end retail, a library area, and both adult and family pools. There will be events spaces, including a ballroom and boardroom, as well.
