Q: What has surprised you most in opening the Hyatt Centric The Loop Chicago?
A: The most surprising thing is the genuine intrigue the public has felt about its rich historical story and the evolution of the building since 1927. The interest and support from the community and our guests from around the globe have been amazing. We are very fortunate to be a part of the Chicago Loop neighborhood.
Q: What was the thinking behind the Hyatt Centric brand?
A: Hyatt Centric is Hyatt’s first lifestyle brand. Hyatt Centric hotels are strategically located in the great cities around the globe. The Hyatt Centric brand lends itself to providing an indigenous experience in the city where it’s located, and none better than in Chicago!
Q: What advice can you offer travel agents selling the Hyatt Centric? How is it different and who is the perfect customer?
A: Our colleagues are committed to providing our guests, leisure or business, with a memory unique to Chicago. It’s a state of mind, a guest who desires an authentic experience whether passing through or staying for a few days.
