Music City this week got a brand new signature property with the opening of the Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Nashville.

The hotel is located on the Cumberland River, within walking distance of the Ryman Auditorium, the Country Music Hall of Fame, and not far from the city’s downtown. It’s also just a short distance from Nissan Stadium, the home of the Tennessee Titans.

“There is a beautiful synergy between this city and Four Seasons renowned style of hospitality,” says Christian Clerc, President, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.

“With each new opening we seek to become part of and contribute to the local culture and community to create truly authentic experiences for those who visit us.  Here in Nashville, the connections we have forged have come so naturally thanks to the city’s quintessential Southern hospitality, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to be here.”

The property offers 235 hotel guest rooms and suites. Rooms range from the 404 sq. ft. superior room to the 402 sq. ft. river-view room and the 449 sq. ft. premier corner room. The hotel’s suites include a 670 sq. ft. executive pool-view suite, a 900 sq. ft. premier one-bedroom suite, and, the top offering, a 2,238 sq. ft. presidential suite.

The hotel’s dining options are highlighted by the Mimo Restaurant and Bar, named for Tennessee’s state bird, the mockingbird. That eatery offers a family-style menu of classic Italian dishes with locally-sourced ingredients including scratch-made pasta, bread, pickles, and more.

Mimo includes the Mimo Bar, adjacent to the restaurant, that offers Tennessee whisky and craft brews, including its signature First Citizen cocktail, inspired by Timothy Demonbreun, a French-Canadian trader known as the “first citizen” of Nashville.

Elsewhere, the hotel also offers the brand’s signature The Spa at Four Seasons, and a 24/7 fitness center adjacent to the spa and overlooking the hotel’s 7th-floor resort-style pool deck. That pool will soon get its own eatery called Riviera, which will offer drinks and dining.

For meeting space, there are two divisible ballrooms and a half dozen additional meeting rooms all on the hotel’s 5th floor.
