Caribbean Airlines CEO Suddenly Resigns
The CEO of Caribbean Airlines has quit after just 17 months, citing personal reasons.
Michael DiLollo, a 48-year-old former pilot, was named chief executive in May. He replaced Robert Corbie, who also resigned suddenly.
A native of Canada, DiLollo came to the company from Air Transit. He gave no warning of his plans to resign, and employees of the company were notified of his departure by email, according to the Jamaican Observer. CFO Tyrone Tang will serve as acting CEO until a replacement is found.
