Princess Cruises Adding Emmanuel Renaut Restaurant to Sky Princess

Princess Cruises Introduces La Mer Restaurant by Three Michelin Star French Chef Emmanuel Renaut onboard Sky Princess

Princess Cruises is continuing its partnership with three-Michelin star chef Emmanuel Renaut to add a new French restaurant to Sky Princess, the newest ship from Princess that is set to debut in December 2019.

The restaurant, called La Mer, will welcome guests with French-bistro style dining at Sky Princess’ atrium. La Mer first debuted with Princess on Majestic Princess in 2017 while the ship was based in China. It is also expected to be a part of Enchanted Princess when that ship debuts in 2020.

The menu will include dishes such as Filet de Boeuf Poelé, Compotée d’ Ognons Doux, Jus au Vin Rouge, Frites (beef filet mignon, sweet onions sauté, red wine jus, hand cut fries); Quenelles de Vivaneau et St. Jacques, Salpicon de Homard et Jus des Carcasses (red snapper & scallop mousseline, lobster morsels and lemon grass lobster sauce); and Mont Blanc ”Marron-Myrtilles” (sweet chestnut, blueberry gel, vanilla cream bavarois).

La Mer will cost $35 per guest.
