Carnival Cruise Line has added a new upcoming payments tool to its GoCCL dashboard making keeping up with booking payments faster, simpler, and more efficient for travel advisors.
The Upcoming Payments tab allows advisors to quickly see which clients have payments coming up in the next 30 days. For each payment due, there’s a “send payment” email link feature that lets clients easily make a payment with just one click. (Bookings that are setup with autopay or have already scheduled a final payment will display text indicating that payment program is already set up.)
When using the payment link functionality, advisors can customize the link email to include either a specific amount they want their clients to pay or allow clients to view their payment schedule and make payments as needed.
Bookings that have a payment due within 48 hours will now display an alert and text in red so advisors can easily see which bookings need their immediate attention.
“Making the payment process seamless for both travel advisors and their clients is so important to elevating the level of client service that GoCCL.com provides,” Adolfo Perez, senior vice president of global sales and trade marketing at Carnival Cruise Line, told TMR. “We have taken input from our travel advisor community on how we can enhance GoCCL with practical updates and the payment link was developed based on their input. We know the right resources are crucial for travel advisor growth and success and we’re thrilled to introduce these updates.”
Training on the new functionality is available at Carnival Conversations.
