Travel MarketPlace East 2019 Will Offer Customizable Content for Advisors
by Geraldine Ree
Travel MarketPlace East is for travel advisors of all levels of experience.
No two travel advisors are alike. Therefore, no training event should be a cookie-cutter experience, or offer a one-size-fits-all agenda. When travel advisors attend industry events, they are looking to develop business-building, marketing, and social media skills that will have an immediate impact on their results. As well, each advisor is on their own journey, and wants training courses that pertain specifically to them.
Customizable content was the objective of Travel MarketPlace, six years ago, when it launched in Toronto, Canada. This year, the event will reach a whole new level of customization for attendees.
On June 12-13, Travel MarketPlace East will feature 40 speakers with keynotes, panels and five learning tracks: marketing, sales, niche, performance, and operations. Workshops will be led by experts, providing key learning objectives, homework assignments, and accountability.
The event is for travel advisors of all levels of experience. Whether they have been in the business for 25 years or are just starting out, there is a deep field of expert speakers and curriculum to choose from.
Diane Manson, of Mountain City Travel, had this to say about her experience at a previous event in the training series: “Travel MarketPlace is the training event to attend for education, inspiration, business nuggets and networking. I came away with a whole new approach to my travel business.”
Travel MarketPlace East takes place on June 12-13 at the Delta Toronto Airport Hotel. To register, go to travelmarketplace.com
