On Friday, the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve, the newest addition to Disney’s Orlando hotel offerings, officially celebrated its grand opening.
The 14-story hotel is adjacent to the existing Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin between the resort’s EPCOT and Hollywood Studios theme parks.
The addition adds 349 guest rooms, including 151 suites, to the property, along with over 22,000 feet of meeting space. Suite options range from a junior suite to a two-bedroom suite.
For dining, the Swan Reserve will offer Amare, a Mediterranean table service restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner in a casual upscale venue, along with Tangerine, a more casual restaurant next to the Reserve’s pool. Other eateries on-site include Grounds, a coffee and sandwich shop, and Stir, a cocktail and snack bar in the main lobby.
The Reserve will also offer a rooftop lounge called The Vue, an outdoor space on the hotel’s 15th floor that faces EPCOT, giving guests some of the best views of the park’s new fireworks spectacular, Harmonious.
While guests will receive many of the same benefits that they would at other Disney resorts, the Swan Reserve, as part of the Swan and Dolphin Resort, is a Marriott property. Guests staying at the Reserve will still get early theme park entry and extended evening theme park hours.
