Softvoyage Adds Enhancements To Sirev

by Michele McDonald  November 29, 2016

Seat selection has been added to the other features of TripBook.

Softvoyage, a leisure travel distribution network, introduced several enhancements to Sirev, the shopping and booking engine designed for Canadian agents.

Agents are now able to key in the personal identification code for supplier reward accounts in a field of the Sirev booking form. Currently, the functionality is supported for the Transat (Bonbon), Air Canada Vacations (ACV & ME Rewards) and Sunwing Vacations (Star points) programs.

Agents also can select regular seats on Sirev for all flights and vacation packages booked with Air Canada and Air Canada Vacations. The seat selections are commissionable.

After a booking is completed, seat selections can be performed from TripBook, either by the agent via the Bookings tab or by the customer directly if the agent chooses to send the TripBook to the customer.

The seat selection is added to the other features of TripBook, such as the ability to view the detailed information about the products booked, to retrieve the traveler’s electronic documents and to make a payment.

Softvoyage also added suppliers to its Cruises engine.

Cruise packages, including air, can be booked with Air Canada Vacations, Encore Cruises, Sunwing Vacations, and Transat.

FIT cruises are available from Carnival Cruise Lines, Cunard, Holland America Line, MSC Cruises, Norwegian Cruise Line, Princess Cruises and Seabourn.
