Famous Agent is the travel agent education and rewards program from FRHI Hotels & Resorts, now under the AccorHotels Group umbrella. Members can increase their earning power by staying up-to-date on the latest news from FRHI’s three brands — Raffles, Fairmont and Swissôtel.
The Famous Agents Academy graduates will receive bonus Famous Agents points and course credit with Travel Agent University. Agents who become experts on the three brands can earn points for room nights booked, which then can be redeemed for over 1,000 rewards at the Famous Agents Online Shopping Mall, ranging from luxury handbags, iPads and gift cards. Members will also have access to an agent took kit, which includes brochures, presentations, videos and newsletters, and exclusive member-only rates.
