Fairmont Expands Footprint In Mexico

Fairmont Hotels & Resorts announced it’s planning to open a 250-room hotel in Riviera Nayarit, Mexico.
Slated to open in 2018, the Fairmont Costa Canuva will also include 40 Fairmont Gold rooms, as well as Fairmont branded residences. The luxury property will feature 22,000 square feet of meeting and event space, six restaurants and bars, an outdoor swimming pool, and a spa.
It’s located near the Sanctuary Convention Center and about 40 miles from the Puerto Vallarta International Airport.
Fairmont currently only operates one other property in Mexico, the Fairmont Mayakoba, Riviera Maya.
