FRHI Rolls Out Famous Agents Academy
FRHI, now under the management of AccorHotels, introduced the Famous Agents Academy, an extension of its Famous Agents program.
Travel agents who complete the course will become certified experts on FRHI’s three brands: Raffles, Fairmont and Swissôtel.
Agents who complete the first module, and receive a pass rate of 80% or higher, will get 15 bonus points, redeemable for rewards at FRHI’s online shopping mall. Famous Agent members can also earn double points from now through March 31 when booking room nights at participating hotels.
