Viva Wyndham Fortuna Beach in Bahamas Reopens its Doors
Viva Wyndham Resorts has reopened the all-inclusive Viva Wyndham Fortuna Beach resort located in Freeport, Grand Bahama.
After implementing new health and safety protocols and working with the Bahamian government to adopt their new Bahamas Travel Health Visa, the resort opened its doors to guests once again on Wednesday.
With 26 acres of secluded beachfront property, the resort features a wide variety of amenities, including an oceanfront pool, jacuzzi, sauna, multiple bars and restaurants, as well as a spa, gym, theater and full childcare amenities. As the resort boasts more than 4,000 feet of pristine white-sand beaches, more than 70 percent of rooms have ocean views.
Like the rest of Viva Wyndham Resorts, this property has implemented the highest standards of health and hygiene protocols to keep guests safe during their stay. Along with onsite medical teams and COVID testing, direct bookings also include complimentary insurance.
With these measures in place, the resort is able to offer a selection of land and water sports, such as sailing, paddleboarding, introductory diving lessons, kayaking, windsurfing, flying trapeze, tennis, archery, cycling, paintball, and more.
As part of Viva Wyndham’s efforts to reopen the resort, the company fully encourages guests to fill out and complete the Bahamas Travel Health Visa (BTHV). The BTHV can be filled out electronically and ensures guests can safely enter the country and enjoy a memorable, stress-free vacation.
