Globus Rolls Out Expansive In-Person Training Program for Travel Advisors
by Dori Saltzman
A Globus or Cosmos tour is another option for families.
In support of its new “We’ve Got U” travel advisor platform, the Globus family of brands is rolling out an expansive slate of in-person educational opportunities for advisors in the U.S. and Canada. Comprising a combination of interactive road shows, exclusive executive summit, and FAM trips, the program will “inform, inspire, and ignite success for advisors.”
“U + Us equals an unstoppable duo,” said Camille Olivere, chief sales officer for the Globus family of brands. “That’s why we’ve designed an innovative program of events to connect, educate, and celebrate our trusted partners, ensuring they are equipped with the tools and knowledge they need to thrive and profit in 2025 and beyond.”
“We are committed to investing in our advisor community because their success is our success,” Olivere added. “We look forward to connecting with thousands of advisors, sharing unforgettable experiences and empowering them to generate more sales – and more commissions – this year than ever before.”
Road Show
The Cruise Director & Tour Director Road Show will bring more than 100 tour and cruise directors to events across North America in February to engage with up to 8,000 travel advisors. Each event will feature interactive presentations led by the cruise and tour directors, providing firsthand insights that can be shared with clients. For details, advisors should reach out directly to their BDM or contact insidesales@globusfamily.com.
Executive Summits
For the first time, Globus is offering exclusive networking and education opportunities for top-performing agency owners via Executive Summits. These two-day events will take place across seven cities: Orlando, Chicago, Los Angeles, New York City, Denver, Toronto, and Vancouver. Each event will include opportunities for owners to network face-to-face with Globus executives.
FAM Program
Also in 2025, Globus is rolling out a FAM program that will see some 1,500 travel advisors invited to experience Globus tours and Avalon river cruises firsthand.
